After fermentation in steel, the wine remains in the amphora for about a year and, after a few months in the bottle, it is ready to drink. The floral and delicately fruity scents of the first year of life already reveals the coveted mineral fabric (…what a thorny term). In our wines we look for a vibrant, crunchy and long-lasting vitality. One sip and you are sold.

Description
Michele, Paolo, Francesco and Marco: four passionate sommeliers in love with the art of winemaking. The project started as a joke in 2015, they started producing wine from grapes from hill of Chieri. Now they are reviving old small vineyards and producing a vino rosso (Acustico), un bianco (Soffio) e un metodo classico (Spinoso).
